Shipping Policy – WelStyled Candles
1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.
2. SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Netherlands: 2–3 business days
- Europe: 3–5 business days
- United States, Canada, and Asia: 5–8 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location and external factors.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
All shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping. Please note:
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
- Delays may occur due to customs processing, which is outside our control
5. SHIPPING DELAYS
While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Carrier delays
- Customs clearance
- Unforeseen circumstances
WelStyled Candles is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if available), allowing you to monitor your delivery.
7. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
8. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
9. CANDLE CARE DURING SHIPPING (IMPORTANT)
Our candles are made with materials that may be sensitive to temperature changes.
During warmer weather or in hot climates, candles may soften or melt slightly during transit. This does not affect the quality or usability of the product.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the risk of minor heat-related changes during shipping. WelStyled Candles is not responsible for melting or softening caused by high temperatures during transit.
If your candle arrives softened, we recommend placing it in a cool environment to allow it to return to its original state before use.
